If you have an emergency and need your bike serviced right away, you can leave your bike with us in store at any time, but this may attract an extra charge.

Every year the L&L team visit the bike launches both here and abroad ridding everything from 20 inch and aboveto make the best decisions on what comes in store purely on quality and ease of ride before profit and free bees... Therefore ensuring that L&L can stand behind and recommend the right bike for you no matter the use.

Please note Lifestyle and Leisure are the only bike store in Australia with a 2 acre mountain bike test track that is perfect for all ages and abilities but also over 50klm of cycle track right at our front door so the team really encourage bums on seats test rides to really see why they choose the bikes they do.

Kayaks and Accessories
The owners of Lifestyle and Leisure in past roles have had extensive experience and relationships with most kayak and canoe builders and distributors available in Australia. From this experience as well as being paddlers themselves and always testing new product the team at L&L only choose to stand behind Australis Kayaks and Canoes. Proudly Australian Made, Owned and Operated the team have been at it for 3 generations.... Manufacturing Australia's best kayaks suitable for a range of different uses.
Recreational, Touring, White Water, Fishing, Ocean or a Surf Ski.. even canoes.
From child friendly beginner kayaks to a high performance paddling machine to loved fishing kayaks - You can have it all and the L&L team have all the right advice. Custom colours and accessories are available and the team are happy to sit down with you to discuss your needs.

On top of all this there is also coaching and instruction available. We also offer your first paddle with us one on one ensuring the best experience from day one.

If we don't have it we will order it for you and wont miss on price.
Nutrition
Nutritional advice can be tricky.. Some stores commit to a range from one brand or chase the highest profit margins... We not at Lifestyle and Leisure, we offer nutrition from over 800 suppliers but only stock and recommend the very best in each category. We will spend the time with you to truly find what your requirements are and were also available to offer food plans and programs to achieve your personal goals.
