Shop rides
Lifestyle and Leisure will be doing shop rides several times a week. Usually hold on Tuesday and Thursday by leaving the shop fully supported by a car. We also run Saturday morning rides. Always with different routes and challenges and a little stop for coffee or some food.
Our group is very friendly, respect each other massively, always back to pack and controlled. We have all ages in the group with a lot of females and juniors also. We usually have two sprints, a Kom and individual effort.

Mountain Bike
Fitness based mountain bike session where it is all short and fast fun! Any fat tyre rider, mountain biker and any type of rider is welcome. It is an opportunity to do some skills based fitness with some like minded people.
The course is under construction but ready to get started and trained on, so we welcome you all to come down and give it a go. This will be a reoccurring Monday night special and we look forward to seeing all you mountain bikers out there

Trainer, Roller, Skills Training
Hard work will pay off. At Lifestyle and Leisure we believe that the more skills you get the more fun you have following your passion and goals.
​
A perfect way to get fit or into shape and start kicking some goals, getting back on track with your training or maybe you are new to cycling and would like to build power, strength, fitness or riding techniques or maybe you just want to take it to the next level.
​
We spend the time working on positioning, Cadence/Power and Speed to improve your cycling skills and obviously from watching riders that have worn our colors or ridden with us sprinting.
​
Nothing like a spin class, though there is music.
We train you on your own bike down and attach and mount it to the training equipment that we provide. This means you are riding on your bike in riding positions constantly building core strength. We do this with a Fluid Fixed Front Wheel off Trainer, Stationary Mag, Power Trainers and Rollers.
If you haven't used rollers before, don't worry most of our group hadn't either before training with us and we will have you up and riding in no time guaranteed!
During the training sessions, we will be working on the Cadence, Power, Sprint, Speed, Riding Positions in a Circuit Format or working on personal goals.

Also we do work with Xcel Fitness And Training together. Sam is the personal Trainer and does PT every Wednesday around the L&L shop.
